01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eva1118 ("eva1118", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at eva1118.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the eva1118 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer services, bonus and promotional participation, financial transactions, and all interactions with customer support.

02 Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" / "Website" — The eva1118 online gaming service accessible at eva1118.cam, including all games, betting markets, account management systems, promotional programmes, and customer support channels.
• "Player" / "User" — Any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform and is accessing the Service for personal, non-commercial gaming or wagering purposes.
• "Account" — The personal account created by the Player upon registration, used to access the Platform, hold funds, and participate in gaming activities.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering or withdrawal, distinct from bonus credit.
• "Bonus Funds" — Non-withdrawable promotional credits granted by eva1118 subject to wagering requirements and promotion-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — The minimum total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity and document verification process required by eva1118 to confirm Player identity, age, and source of funds.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform for Malaysian Players.
• "Prohibited Territory" — Any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gaming services is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law.

03 Account Eligibility

Registration and participation on the eva1118 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. eva1118 strictly prohibits the registration of, or provision of services to, individuals under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Territory in which use of the Platform would constitute a violation of applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of eva1118, nor are you a close family member of any such person, unless explicitly authorised in writing by eva1118 management.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service, unless such exclusion has formally expired.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

04 Account Registration & Management

To use the eva1118 Platform you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. If eva1118 identifies that a Player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — eva1118 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any balances or bonus funds associated with those accounts, and apply a permanent ban on further registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted using your credentials is your responsibility. You agree to notify eva1118 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The default account currency for Malaysian Players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, bonus calculations, and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless an alternative currency is explicitly selected and confirmed at registration. Currency cannot be changed after account creation without contacting customer support.

eva1118 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request, when the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds internally defined thresholds, or when eva1118 has reason to verify account information. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence, accompanied by proof of address dated within the preceding three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

05 Deposits & Payments

eva1118 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking (covering Maybank, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating Malaysian banks), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC). Additional payment methods may be available from time to time as displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

All deposits are processed in MYR and credited to your account in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier. eva1118 does not impose platform-side deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply fees independently.

Deposits are for personal gaming use only. The use of third-party payment accounts, joint bank accounts, or credit facilities to fund a gaming account is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of the Platform. Approved withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to eva1118's internal routing procedures. eva1118 targets same-day processing for verified accounts in good standing; however, actual processing times may vary based on payment provider timelines, KYC status, and internal compliance reviews.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed) for withdrawals above the minimum threshold stated in the Cashier.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before the affected balance becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the original deposit payment method where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• eva1118 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal amounts or for accounts flaged under routine compliance review.
• Withdrawals to cryptocurrency walets are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–45 minutes for USDT TRC20 and variable periods for BTC depending on network congestion.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

eva1118 offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, VIP tier rewards, and special event promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), and maximum cashout caps.

• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your account. Real money funds are wagered first by default unless a specific promotion stipulates otherwise.
• Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are listed in each individual promotion's terms.
• eva1118 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with notice provided through the Platform where practically possible.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of promotional offers — including coordinated wagering, hedging, or arbitrage — is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

eva1118 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond). Tier membership and associated rewards are determined by monthly wagering volume and are subject to ongoing review. eva1118 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, tier benefits, and the programme structure at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

08 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the eva1118 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules or sports betting rules in effect at the time the wager is placed. General provisions applicable to all betting activity are as follows:

• Wagers placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where expressly permitted by specific game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or force majeure event affecting the outcome or settlement of a wager, eva1118 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund the staked amount to the Player's account.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to mis-priced odds resulting from human error or technical fault — may be voided by eva1118. Players who place wagers at clearly eroneous prices will not be entitled to retain winings derived from such errors.
• For live sports betting, wagers are accepted at the displayed odds at the time of placement confirmation. Eva1118 does not guarantee odds availability throughout the duration of a live event.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event, as displayed within the Platform's betting interface.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eva1118 Platform. Breach of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual to circumvent the one-account-per-player policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account operation.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform beyond normal personal use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winings derived from exploiting known or unknown platform errors are subject to immediate forfeiture.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, particularly in poker or table game formats, to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: staking patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, use of linked accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, or coordinated wagering designed to neutralise risk across accounts.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy, or other technical means.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the eva1118 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game content, text, data, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of eva1118 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and wagering purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of eva1118.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eva1118 excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond eva1118's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable account security.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, scores, and statistics.

Nothing in these Terms limits eva1118's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. eva1118's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

eva1118 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. We provide the following tools within every registered account, available at no charge through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to decrease a limit are processed without delay; requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications reminding you of time spent on the Platform during any active gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders displayed at configurable intervals showing net session results and time elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary restriction on your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks), during which you will be unable to deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted through the Account Settings panel or via customer support take effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the elected exclusion period.

13 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Players may request closure of their account by contacting customer support. eva1118 will process the closure request and release any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable deductions) to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

eva1118 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a lawful directive from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The Player being identified as a minor.
• Suspected bonus abuse or use of prohibited automated tools.

Where an account is closed by eva1118 due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where legally permissible, forfeited as damages.

14 Amendments to These Terms

eva1118 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, eva1118 will notify Players through a prominent notice on the Platform, an in-platform message, or by email to the address registered on the account, at least seven days prior to the changes taking effect where practically possible.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which eva1118 holds its gaming licence. Details of the governing jurisdiction and applicable licence are available upon request through customer support.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and eva1118, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation via the customer support channel. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the Player's initial written complaint, either party may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body designated under eva1118's gaming licence terms.

Players who are dissatisfied with the handling of a complaint may also have access to independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, details of which will be provided upon request or through the relevant licensing authority's website.
